You will need to give us a valid credit card number, a current phone number, email address, and you will have to sign a credit card waiver so that we may charge it whenever you cancel or reschedule late. We require a 24hr notice before cancelling or rescheduling to avoid a late charge of $25. No exceptions. If your favorite time is not available, sign up for the wait list and book another class just in case.

Membership for the $199 unlimited monthly is on a month to month basis. Membership will be automatically renewed each month through electronic funds transfer. Membership may start and stop at any time. If you choose not to renew, please contact Pilates Plus Hollywood/Brentwood by e-mail or phone PRIOR to your renewal date.
