Please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions:

You will need to give us a valid credit card number, a current phone number, email address, and you will have to sign a credit card waiver so that we may charge it whenever you cancel or reschedule late. We require a 8 hour notice before cancelling or rescheduling to avoid a late charge of $25. No exceptions. If your favorite time is not available, sign up for the wait list and book another class just in case.

MEMBERSHIP FOR ALL UNLIMITED SPECIALS IS ON A RECURRING MONTHLY BASIS. Membership will be automatically renewed each month through electronic funds transfer. Membership may start and stop at any time. If you choose not to renew, please contact Pilates Plus Hollywood/Brentwood by e-mail or phone PRIOR to your renewal date. These terms are the responsibility of the client and by signing up for these specials the client automatically agrees to these terms.
